A Quick Guide
Welcome to the Concierge Community. If you're new to the platform, this guide will help you navigate your first steps. Let's dive into how to get started.
1.Log In
To begin, locate the "Log In" button on the homepage. Click it and enter your email address along with your password. This will grant you access to your account.

2.Open Your Dashboard
Once you're logged in, look for the menu icon ☰. Click on it and select "Dashboard" from the options. This is your home base, where you’ll find everything you need.

3.Client Access Page
You’ll see a button labelled "Clients Access Page". That’s your unique office link for clients to start onboarding. We recommend sending it as soon as you’re appointed to act.
Best Practice:
Consider adding a “Get Started” button to your website, or print a QR code on your engagement letters, instead of emailing the link to your client.
4.View Client Submissions
Once a client completes their form, you’ll see their details instantly under Concierge Submissions within your Dashboard.
5.Support / Feature Requests / Feedback
Need help or have an idea? Log a Support Ticket or Feature Request directly from your dashboard. We read every one, and your input shapes the next release.
