Document Uploads

Clients can easily upload supporting documents, including contracts, deeds, and copies of birth, death or marriage certificates. All directly through our platform. They can even add images or notes if there's something they want the conveyancer to be aware of.  All files are stored and accessed by your office via a two-factor authentication portal, eliminating the risk of email-based data leaks. It’s a safer, more organised way to manage important client documents while keeping everything in one place.

  • No! CCA isn’t here to replace the systems you already use. It’s designed to complement them by stepping in before your existing software even comes into play.

    Think of CCA as the front door to settlement. While most systems start once you’ve opened the file and taken on the risk, CCA meets you and your clients at the very beginning.

     

    It captures the details required to facilitate settlement, flags potential risks, and prepares clients. When you’re ready to move into your existing workflow, the file starts clean, complete, and audit-ready records.

    In short: CCA works alongside your current tools, giving you the strongest possible start to each and every settlement.

  • 'My Rewards' Program is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about your positive experience with Conveyancing Concierge Australia. If you refer another conveyancer who subscribes for a year, you’ll receive one month’s free subscription plus unlimited submissions within the same month as our thanks.  There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make, so the more you share, the more you save.   • Integration means your client data flows automatically into your operating system, with any discrepancies between the client’s submission and your system records flagged for review.

     

    At present, CCA is not directly integrated into operating systems such as Settlements+, Realtime Conveyancer, LEAP, or InfoTrack.

    That said, we’ve built the foundations with integration in mind. Technically speaking, it can be done, however the decision sits with the software providers & they need to see enough demand from their users before they’ll prioritise integration to their roadmap.

    If you’d like to see this happen, you can add your voice through a register. When you do, both CCA and your chosen software provider will receive a notification, making it clear that integration is something you’d value.
