I'm pretty skeptical to change but I really am enjoying Concierge. I’ve felt a significant reduction in stress and workload. The initial step of having clients complete Conveyancing Concierge has been incredibly effective.

CCA is fabulous. We absolutely love it. It's the crystal ball we always wished we had! It makes our jobs so much easier, saves time and stress. I wouldn't open a file without it now. And I've added it to my role specifically as part of my upcoming AML responsibility for risk assessment.

On average, I estimate that we save 5-10 hours per week due to reduced manual tasks and quicker access to necessary information. I would estimate that errors have decreased by around 20%. The program has significantly helped us avoid common mistakes by ensuring that all necessary details are flagged early in the process.

FAQ
Conveyancing Concierge Australia (CCA) is a front-end onboarding engine, designed specifically for settlement agents and property practitioners.
Operating at the point of appointment, CCA guides clients through a structured intake process before a file is formally opened and before professional services begin. Through a sophisticated web of conditional logic, CCA captures and organises the information practitioners need to properly understand a transaction from day one.
This includes critical details that are rarely captured in full through contracts or sales advice sheets.
From the data and documents collected from each client, CCA securely delivers the information directly into the practitioner’s portal, removing highly sensitive client information to be exchanged through email threads. CCA then generates:
• A structured, time stamped, audit ready record of client disclosures at appointment
• Early alerts for non-standard circumstances and potential high-risk scenarios
• Supporting documentation that forms part of the file record
This creates front end clarity for practitioners, while also establishing an auditable record of what was disclosed by the client before services began, exactly as AUSTRAC requires.
While the industry is now preparing for AML/CTF obligations, CCA’s approach to early risk awareness and transaction profiling was developed independently of these reforms and recognises not only AML/CTF risks, but also the broader risks in conveyancing that sit outside the AML framework.
In simple terms, CCA helps conveyancers start every file with the full transaction scope, supporting documentation, and earlier awareness of the factors that matter most to achieve a successful settlement.
Conveyancing Concierge Australia (CCA) sits right at the front of the settlement process, before you even open a file, when any risks still belong to the client.
Here’s what happens:
-
Clients onboard through your unique office access: Instead of sending sensitive details by email or waiting for returned documents, clients complete a guided intake available on any device connected to the internet.
-
Smart conditional logic adapts to each client: Every response shapes the next question, so clients only see what’s relevant to them. This removes noise & overwhelm, captures the right details upfront, allows us to dig deeper where required, and has been refined through three years of beta testing in WA.
-
Potential risks are flagged early: High-risk scenarios, AML/CTF triggers, and any anomalies that could delay or disrupt settlement are discreetly highlighted to the conveyancer. Flagged in real time so you can prepare before they turn into delays or an avoidable compliance breach.
-
Tailored checklists and guides: Clients arrive prepared with personalised checklists and links to official resources, while always being reminded to wait for your instructions.
-
Audit-ready records: Delivered to your portal, every submission is time-stamped, encrypted, and stored onshore under Australian Privacy Laws, ready to drop straight into your compliance file.
The result is simple: you start with cleaner data, fewer surprises, and clients who are already prepared.
CCA doesn’t replace your role. It supports it, helping you manage risk, save time, and build trust from the very first interaction.
-
CCA streamlines the start of every file by replacing a patchwork of sales advice sheets, emails, phone notes, and scattered documents with one clear, consistent record.
Instead of spending hours chasing details or re-entering data, you receive a complete, audit-ready submission that’s securely stored and easy to reference, whether it’s for you, your licensee, or an auditor down the track.
Because the information is gathered once, in the right format, you’re no longer piecing together half-stories or correcting errors later. Risks are flagged early, clients arrive prepared, and every file starts clean.
For conveyancers, that means less manual admin and more time to focus on the skilled work that builds trust and keeps settlements moving smoothly.
Conveyancer Alerts are CCA’s early warning system.
As clients complete their onboarding, the system discreetly highlights anything that could delay or disrupt settlement, from early AML/CTF triggers to practical red flags like trusts, powers of attorney, anticipated shortfalls, foreign sellers, FIFO workers, overseas signatories or complex company structures.
Rather than discovering risks at the eleventh hour, CCA surfaces them upfront in real time, giving you the chance to prepare, plan, or decline to act before the file is opened. CCA equips conveyancers with the upfront insights needed to meet AUSTRAC’s expectation of conveyancers to ‘assess the risk of acting’ from day one.
Every alert is delivered directly into your secure portal alongside a complete, time-stamped audit-ready record, giving you confidence that nothing important has slipped through the cracks.
In short: Conveyancer Alerts keep you one step ahead, so risks don’t become last-minute emergencies.
CCA was created to take the pressure off conveyancers, but its impact reaches everyone involved in a property transaction.
-
Conveyancers benefit from complete, audit-ready records, early risk alerts, and less time spent chasing clients or patching missing gaps.
-
Property lawyers gain the same efficiency and compliance support, with cleaner client intake and fewer last-minute surprises.
-
Real estate professionals benefit from smoother handovers, with clients arriving better prepared. This eases the pressure on agents and conveyancers alike and removes the need for awkward pushbacks that can strain referral relationships.
-
Clients themselves arrive confident and organised, with tailored checklists and clear guidance that cut through confusion.
CCA supports the entire property chain, but it was purpose-built to give conveyancers the strongest start and to ease the pressure of increasing compliance requirements.
-
Our pricing is designed to be flexible, with options that scale to suit offices of all sizes.
CCA is available on a subscription model, with a monthly fee to keep your portal running and a per-submission fee so you only pay as client submissions are recorded.
We offer different tiers, from starter through to enterprise, so you can choose the level of features and customisation that best fit your office.
Because every office works differently, the best way to find the right fit is to have a quick chat with us about your workflow and client volumes. We’ll guide you to the plan that makes the most sense for your business.
No! CCA isn’t here to replace the systems you already use. It’s designed to complement them by stepping in before your existing software even comes into play.
Think of CCA as the front door to settlement. While most systems start once you’ve opened the file and taken on the risk, CCA meets you and your clients at the very beginning.
It captures the details required to facilitate settlement, flags potential risks, and prepares clients. When you’re ready to move into your existing workflow, the file starts clean, complete, and audit-ready records.
In short: CCA works alongside your current tools, giving you the strongest possible start to each and every settlement.
'My Rewards' Program is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word about your positive experience with Conveyancing Concierge Australia. If you refer another conveyancer who subscribes for a year, you’ll receive one month’s free subscription plus unlimited submissions within the same month as our thanks. There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make, so the more you share, the more you save. To get started, click on the MY REWARDS tab in your portal to retrieve your unique referral code. It’s our way of helping you grow while we grow!
Integration means your client data flows automatically into your operating system, with any discrepancies between the client’s submission and your system records flagged for review.
At present, CCA is not directly integrated into operating systems such as Settlements+, Realtime Conveyancer, LEAP, or InfoTrack.
That said, we’ve built the foundations with integration in mind. Technically speaking, it can be done, however the decision sits with the software providers & they need to see enough demand from their users before they’ll prioritise integration to their roadmap.
If you’d like to see this happen, you can add your voice through a register. When you do, both CCA and your chosen software provider will receive a notification, making it clear that integration is something you’d value.
