Direct Clients to CCA once Appointed
Once a client appoints your office, simply direct them to complete their onboarding through your unique office Conveyancing Concierge link. This link can be included in your correspondence, welcome packs, your website to avoid links in emails, or shared directly by aligned professionals such as real estate agents, brokers, developers or surveyors who value how your office works and the outcomes you deliver.
Clients are asked to complete onboarding within 48 hours of being referred or appointing your office. In many cases, you’ll have a full picture of the transaction including key client details and uploaded documents, before the signed contract and sales advice even from the realtor. It's one of the ways CCA helps you to maximise the time you have to prepare for a successful settlement

Acting as your extra set of eyes, it’s especially helpful during busy periods or when onboarding new team members.
While CCA doesn’t replace the role of a licensed conveyancer or provide legal advice, it’s a powerful tool designed to support you. Helping to reduce risk, prevent costly delays, and ensure nothing important slips through the cracks.

As soon as a client completes their onboarding, conveyancers receive a notification via generic email and are directed to access their secure Conveyancer Portal. All client files, including sensitive documents, are safely stored and ready to download to your operating system of choice, without the risks of email transmission.
Data is securely hosted in Australia, ensuring full data sovereignty, and encrypted both in transit and at rest for maximum protection. It’s a modern, compliant way to handle client information.
