Conveyancing Concierge Australia was born from a simple idea, that conveyancers deserve better tools to do their best work. After decades working inside WA settlement offices, we knew the industry didn’t need more noise. It needed a smarter, clearer, and more client-friendly way to start each transaction. So we built one.

CCA delivers early insights, fewer delays, and a far better experience for both you and your clients. Because we understand the pressure of juggling endless emails, missing details, and the constant chase for information that should’ve landed on your desk from day one.

Lauren Coleman

Founder & Director

Lauren is a seasoned conveyancer with over 20 years in the WA property industry, including a decade freelancing across more than 50 settlement agencies.

With a front-row seat to the inefficiencies, risk, and burnout facing conveyancers, Lauren got tired of waiting for the right tech to come along… so she did what conveyancers do best. She rolled up her sleeves and built it.

She not only envisioned Conveyancing Concierge, but personally built the front-end and crafted the smart conditional logic that powers its core experience.

The result is a platform shaped by years of lived experience and a deep understanding of what actually works in a busy settlement office, combining industry insight with sharp business acumen to deliver tech that truly supports real conveyancers.
