Conveyancing Concierge was born from firsthand frustration. With over 20 years in conveyancing, Lauren Coleman saw the inaccuracies, inefficient processes, and the last-minute scrambling that caused unnecessary stress for both clients and agents. So, she built a solution. An intuitive onboarding system powered by conditional logic that eliminates irrelevant steps, asks the right questions, and ensures settlements start on the right foot.
After early success in trial phases, CCA quickly gained momentum. But innovation doesn’t stop there. As demand grew, so did our capabilities.
